The Hellenic House Project is a home where stories are told and shared.  A home away from home, where you will always feel warmth and generosity of our family.  

Just like our Greek/Australian upbringing, our home brings together all things we love about our Hellenic roots in our own contemporary, Australian way. 

Given the opportunity to create something different has made George Calombaris very proud to be part of this project.  George brings together a talented team with a focus on capturing the essence of his Mediterranean heartland and offering it just as you would find it, as if you stepped into his home kitchen. 

George is excited and proud to mentor some of Australia’s most talented young chefs in the kitchen alongside business partner Phil Hatzikourtis (big Phil) at the front of house.

An authentic Hellenic house feels warm, lived in and somewhere to relax and feel good.  George’s long-time friend Billy Kavalaras from KUD, has put his architectural stamp on this home. An Aussie born super creative, with a massive Hellenic heart. Along with many talented humans, George’s daughter, Michaela (10 years old), has collaborated with the GOOD ONE creative team to produce a logo that is simple and honest.  Every touch point has a meaning.

As with all good Greek homes, The Hellenic House Project has a ‘front yard’, a ‘back yard’, a ‘downstairs kitchen’ and a ‘good room’. 

It’s a reflection of our Hellenic hearts. It’s our house, but more so, it’s your home. A place to come often, it’s warm and authentic, but above all it’s deliciously Greek.
