A lively, fast-paced eatery, ‘The Kitchen’ embraces the essence of Greek hospitality with a menu that celebrates bold flavors and traditional techniques. From dips and mezethes to souvlaki, vibrant salads, and hearty grill plates—every dish is crafted with authenticity and warmth. And, of course, no visit is complete without George’s famous Feta Chips.
At the heart of our menu is the Grill and Spit, honoring the Greek tradition of "Psistaria" (ψησταριά), a cherished way of cooking meats over charcoal, infusing them with rich, smoky flavors. Just like in Greece, gathering around the grill is a time-honored ritual, bringing people together over perfectly grilled lamb, pork, and chicken, slow-cooked to perfection.

We are fully licensed in ’The Kitchen’. No BYO. Groups of 8 or more guests are required to dine on one of our Set Menus.
